Using AudioFlux.

Purpose and availability

AudioFlux creates visual effects from audio-analysis data. It is not a music service, recording tool or calibrated measurement instrument. Features, availability and performance depend on the release, devices, microphone input and local network. Public app-store availability will be shown on the AudioFlux page.

Permission to use

You may use AudioFlux for its intended purpose on devices you own or are authorized to use, subject to applicable app-store terms. BBDX retains its rights in the app and original artwork. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Use AudioFlux lawfully. Do not interfere with other devices, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Your sound and your network

You are responsible for permission to use any music or other sound around you, including any public performance rights that may apply. AudioFlux does not grant rights to third-party music. Microphone input may include other people's voices; obtain any consent required in your situation.

Use a trusted local network. Phone-to-Roku traffic is unencrypted. Keep pairing information private and do not expose the app's local service to the internet. See the privacy policy for details.

Flashing and moving imagery

Some visualizers include flashing lights, high contrast and rapid motion. Pause or stop if the effects are uncomfortable. Consider other people viewing the screen, and follow your display manufacturer's guidance for extended use and static images.

Updates and reliability

We may change features or stop distributing a release. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or a particular frame rate. Store-specific purchase, cancellation and refund terms apply if a paid release or purchase is offered. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
